The webinar - Ohio's Economic Outlook and Workforce Recovery Strategies – will include a panel discussion applicable to all industries and comprise the economic outlook and workforce pipeline from a regional, state and national level.

Clark State to Honor United States Military Veterans with Virtual Activities

Clark State Community College will commemorate Veterans Day with the display of more than 1,000 United States flags at the Springfield campus on Leffel Lane, the Greene Center in Beavercreek and at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center in Bellefontaine. The POW/MIA flag will be raised at the Springfield Leffel Lane campus Monday, November 9.

Clark State VP Appointed President of Harford Community College

Dr. Theresa Felder, senior vice president for student success at Clark State Community College, has accepted the position as president of Harford Community College near Bel Air, Maryland. Felder will take over leadership of the Harford Community College beginning January 1, 2021.

Winners of Clark State Essay Contest and Regional Poetry Contest Announced

This past spring, Clark State Creative Writer Club students, under the guidance of faculty advisers Chris Bays and Tabitha Parker, hosted The 2020 Voices of the Valley Poetry Contest – open to area high schools, colleges and universities – and also the first-ever annual on-campus essay contest. The poetry contest’s theme focused on “addiction.”  The essay contest focused on well-researched argumentative essays.
