Diagnostic Medical Sonography Application
Students should apply only after they have met requirements in math, writing, reading, laboratory science and grade point average. Detailed information about these requirements are listed below.

Students must apply online to Clark State College before they can apply for entry into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Official transcripts from other institutions, if applicable, must be on file prior to applying.
The Diagnostic Medical Sonography at Clark State College is a competitive, limited space program. Admission to the College does not guarantee entry into the DMS program.
Students will be notified of admission status in June after the spring semester has ended.
Please review our Technical Standards form prior to applying to the DMS program. Applicants are required to sign our Certification of Ability to Meet Technical Standards form, indicating they have reviewed these essential functions, skills, and abilities and submit that form as part of the program application process. The required form must be completed and returned to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at DMSprogram@clarkstate.edu.
