Registered Apprenticeship programs are a proven, inexpensive way to build a highly skilled, motivated workforce.
We work directly with ApprenticeOhio and other regional partners to build, sponsor and facilitate apprenticeship pathways. These customized pathways are competency based and built on the State of Ohio hybrid model, which allows for programs that meet your specific needs and timeline. Benefits of apprenticeship models include developing your own talent, enhanced employee recruitment, reduced turnover costs and increased employee retention. We can also help connect your company with potential funding sources to help offset the costs of Registered Apprenticeship.
