More than 500 candidates for graduation will receive their degree or certificate of completion. Rebecca Ryan will be the student speaker at the Commencement ceremony.

Registration for College for Kids is now open. Students entering kindergarten through eighth grade can select from a variety of summer classes beginning the week of June 13. College for Kids offers more than 25 class opportunities, each developed for student enrichment. The five-week schedule consists of different programs each week.

Clark State Community College announced today it is awaiting approval from the Ohio House of Representatives and Ohio Senate to offer students a four-year baccalaureate degree in Manufacturing Technology Management. This will be the first four-year degree offered by Clark State.

The Clark State Community College Theatre Arts Program will present “Angels in America” by American playwright Tony Kushner. “Angels in America” focuses on AIDS and homosexuality in America in the 1980s. Turner’s performance is part of this year’s Circle of Friends Celebration.
