MFA Reset
Multi-factor authentication, or MFA for short, is a security feature enabled for all Clark State user accounts to help combat fraudulent access to your personal information. This provides a second layer of authentication, requiring you to provide an authorization code from your mobile phone during login.
If you no longer have access to the mobile device associated with your user account, have deleted your authenticator app, or are otherwise unable to complete the multi-factor authentication prompt then you can use the form below to reset your multi-factor authentication registration information.
