Lean Six Sigma is a data-driven process improvement methodology that combines the principles of Lean (waste reduction( and Six Sigma (variation reduction) to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. These principles are applied to projects across industries, including manufacturing, software development, cybersecurity, healthcare, service industries, and more. Yellow Belt holders understand he basics of Lean Six Sigma and are typically project team members. Green Belt holders lead or support projects and can be project managers and team leaders of more challenging projects.
