Registration

Summer/Fall priority registration begins May 5.
Priority registration is reserved for currently enrolled students and those students enrolled any of the four previous quarters.

  • May 5 - 60 credit hours or more earned at the end of Winter Quarter 2008
  • May 6 - 45 credit hours or more earned at the end of Winter Quarter 2008
  • May 7 - 30 credit hours or more earned at the end of Winter Quarter 2008
  • May 8 - 12 credit hours or more earned at the end of Winter Quarter 2008
  • May 9 - 0 credit hours or more earned at the end of Winter Quarter 2008
  • May 12 - open registration begins for new and returning students

Registration is based on how many credit hours you have earned at the end of Winter Quarter 2008. This number does not include College Prep Education (CPE) classes or current quarter classes.

Obtain your credit hours earned by logging on to WebAdvisor. See Transcript under the Academic Profile heading on the Student menu.

How to Register
When it's time to register for classes, visit the online class schedule and complete a schedule request card (PDF). Then register by using one of the following methods:

  • Register online in WebAdvisor (must be currently enrolled).
  • Fax your schedule request card to 937/328-6097.
  • Bring your schedule request card to the Records and Registration Office; Brinkman Educational Center, Room 201; or the Greene Center lobby.
  • Mail your schedule request card to: Clark State Community College, Records and Registration, P.O. Box 570, Springfield, OH 45501.             

Your schedule/invoice will be mailed to you within two or three working days.

If you have a change in your status such as name, address or major, please complete a Change of Information card online.
